How Do I Make Sure A Facilities Request is Handled in a Timely Fashion? 

The team strives to ensure we handle all requests before the date and time on which they are due. Customers should submit any request at least 24 hours prior to needing it done, unless it is urgent (such as a breakage, spill or other unexpected event.)

What if My Request is Urgent? 

If you have a breakage, spill, or a situation that requires an immediate response, please contact X4116. If it is a building or health-related emergency, contact MCC Security at the front desk at x4119.


Does MCC Have Coverage on Weekends? 

MCC Facilities typically has staff here during most of the day Saturday and Sunday. On Weekends, call x4119 to get help from facilities, do not use a ticket on the weekends. If you have a weekend event, please put in your ticket by Thursday afternoon. 
If you are planning a large event for a weekend, please submit your tickets for setup before the previous weekend.
